We purchased a camper in August and the staff at RV Central were amazing. From Scott, Charles, and the entire staff getting the old and new campers ready to swap out (the staff even swapped our mattress from the old camper to the one that was in the new camper) while they walked us through the new camper, showed us how to operate everything, and made sure everything worked properly. Scott went above and beyond what we expected and asked all kinds of questions to make sure he showed us only the campers that we could afford and ones that would fit what we needed. He gave us time to talk privately about what he showed us and while showing the campers went at our pace. He never pushed us like other places (shame on you RV General). All of us joked around and had a great time during the whole process. Not one person here is stuck up or thinks that they are better than anyone else, really down to Earth peoples. The entire staff treated us like a real, whole person, not just a sale, and they listened to us while making sure we felt heard.

My husband and I visited multiple dealers looking for the right camper. We had some good experiences and some not so good experiences, but our experience here was perfect. Relaxing, no pressure, super friendly and NO FEES.(not the same at your larger dealerships) I highly recommend a visit if searching for a camper, check this place out.

Am from MI and camping in Wisconsin, when space heater blew a fuse! I called RV central thinking I was gonna set appt once back from camping. Anthony was friendly, listened to what happened, had me check outlets for reset and outside outlets, then walked me through the circuit breaker box and that fixed the problem!! Thank you Anthony!! I had an issue with my trailer when returning from Northern Michigan back to Detroit. I pulled off the freeway and brought it to RV Central. The manager / team was so accommodating! The manager first looked for a new axle for the trailer and there was nothing available, so he went to plan B and had the existing components welded back into shape. I was really in a bind and RV Central went out of their way to get me back on the road!! Can't say enough about the Service I received!!

LIFESAVERS! Amazing family operated RV repair, parts and sales shop. Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly. We were in a bind while on tour and they helped us quickly and efficiently. We have always had a good experience working with the General Manager of RV Central, Anthony Goss. We bought our first travel trailer from him. When we were ready, he helped us then upgrade to a fifth wheel. He always takes great care of us during the purchasing process and when servicing our units.
